Hi,
Many thanks to Tobias, Robert and Mateusz, great examples! I hope
there are still some more to come.
I'd like to add, that I knew before the "plan" of École polytechnique
fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) [1] and the map of Campus Map of
Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
I see somehow three approaches:
1. The one ULB is somehow making the best out of uMap, which is of
course a good initial first approach.
2. The 2nd approach would be a plain HTML5/JS ("serverless") webapp
with a built-in search function for buildings, levels, rooms and
eventually POI (like Cambrigde including disabilities).
3. The "final" 3rd approach of a Campus Map app would include also
pedestrian navigation and routing - like EPFL and TU Dresden.
