should be edited ("No Unresolved Complaints" is definitely not true right now)

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities/Humanitarian_OpenStreetMap_Team
should list contact point

Is something matching that activity listed there?

If no, then you can also contact DWG 
( https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Data_working_group )
and complain that they violate
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines
