Looking at the form you link to from the wiki and ask people to register
on:

https://osmus.wufoo.com/forms/m1tksn5q0j180sh/

I am not sure how we are supposed to interpret the persistent lack of a
privacy policy in just about every case when the LCCWG has asked
members of the community to disclose personal information about them
(this meeting, the one from last year, the local chapters survey, the
moderation subcommittee call for participation - just to mention a few
recent cases).

Is this just a persistent lack of problem awareness and sensitivity to
privacy matters throughout the LCCWG (which would seem a bit weird
considering how often the topic has been discussed in the OSMF in
various forms over the past years) or is there some underlying
political message?

(Not to mention that instead of a direct link to the wiki page:

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Foundation/Local_Chapters/Local_Chapters_Congress/2021

we get a link that sends us to a company which, according to their
privacy policy:

https://tinyurl.com/app/privacy-policy

collects tracking data from people who follow these links and shares it
with third parties like advertisers)
