[OSM-talk] Wiki question - knowing who is contributing?

Hi all,

Can anyone with more wiki experience help me out? Having a discussion with
someone here

[1] - they have some valid critiques of content I posted to the page (some
of which I have incorporated).

But, their username is 기후 변화 and when I click on it, it says there is no
user with that name... How does this work? I thought all contributions were
linked to an account. Is this one anonymous? I just wondered who I was
talking to...
