[OSM-talk] Good practice, and should we rely on defaults?

https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q57977870 describes not real-life feature matching
highway=* (which is hopeless to expect but it is a grab bag of various objects)
but OSM tag itself.

As far as I know wikidata=* parameter should link what is being mapped not
an empty page about OSM tag

(if both things can be linked - I guess that this edit should be reverted and 
one more complaint should be added about lack of consistency)

Also, what is the point of linking empty page with lack of any info?
