add pages to you watchlist, maybe you can enable also email notifications
(you click star icon on top, or edit with "add all edited pages to watchlist"
which as far as I remember applies also to data item page, not only OSM Wiki itself)

Watchlist is at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Special:Watchlist (top right
of page has link)

Note: watchlist is kind of broken on Data items. You will get info about anyone
changing translation in any language and you cannot filter it. For me that is
major reason why I consider data items not usable for now.
