[OSM-talk] Adding Missing Roads in the Caribbean

Hello everyone,

I'm Marjan from TomTom.

I would like to inform you of a project we have planned in the Caribbean, more specifically in the following countries: Aruba, the Bahamas, Saint Barthélemy, Barbados, the Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Montserrat, Sint Maarten, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and the British Virgin Islands.
In these countries, we have compared TomTom's own map to OSM, and identified missing roads in OSM based on this analysis.

The missing roads can be added to OSM in this MapRoulette challenge:

We will begin working on these tasks in a few weeks, and we invite you to contribute as well.

Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or suggestions. Specifically, please let me know if you are aware of any channels where I can reach the OSM users active in the Caribbean in particular.
