[OSM-talk] Notifications for changeset comments

I think it would be a good idea to have notifications for comments on
changesets on the website / iD editor (like there are with messages). It
would be easier than having to check email. It looks like there are some
older discussions about this on Github, but is there any way that
notifications can be added to the website? It looks like people have had
this idea for a few years.
