Generally speaking, if a tag's there, and you don't think it serves any
purpose, but someone else does, then you're probably wrong. It might be
an odd "oneway=no" (perhaps in a town where almost all streets are
oneway) or something else, but sometimes it's important to know that
"=no" is an actual surveyed value that might not be expected locally,
even if it would be very common elsewhere.
