A bit of extra info:
no all roads are eligible for this quest[1], so just mapping with StreetComplete
would not result in a full coverage.
This is done in part to avoid asking pointless questions and in part to avoid
adding lit=no that add absolutely nothing useful.
Though mapping with other editors or modified StreetComplete is possible
to achieve such full coverage.
