OSM is and was always well known for it's "ground truth" rule. We should
not change that w/o any reason.
According to Wikipedia there is a weather buoy at that location => that
one could/should be mapped (didn't check whether it is already present).

PS: ... and if we would pick an entirely different coordinate system the
location 0/0 could/would be somewhere entirely different...
