[OSM-talk] Outdated shapefiles

Hi!

There was a massive change of the Antarctica coastline which halted the
process as it should, because large changes need to be checked.

You can see the change here, zoom to the lower left of the map.

These are the two change sets:

Anybody want to comment on these?
