I would be interested how to make a bot for this. Some are wikidata of dead people (so the description "living organism" is a bit strange), some are wikidata of a genus of a plant. Others say the linked wikidata item does not exist (Q28501215) but it does exist, it just does not have a name on wikidata. That's not OSM's problem, that's wikidata's.
Others I don't understand: http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/fr/issues/open?source=428586 mentions "The linked Wikidata item is instance of Q13406463, which is not permitted" but the wikidata item on the node https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/174821770 is Q1855170.
So it is not at all clear to me how the information from this tool has to be handled.
Regards,
Maarten
