wikidata has additional issues, problem with copyright for start

There are mirror image of Wikimedia Commons with very well defined and
enforced handling.

Compare well defined
https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Copyright
and lack of explanation what can be imported at Wikidata
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Copyright

Wikidata fails to decide either way and enforce - are they respecting database
rights or not?

Wikidata accepts and imports data derived from Google Maps and OSM,
without attribution.
