[OSM-talk] Vespucci - Proximity Alerts - Not working

The alerts are generated when data is downloaded/merged and the device location is within the specified radius around the object causing the notification.
With other words you need to have one of the auto download options enabled for the mechanism to work (or you need to replace all the data).
