[OSM-talk] consultation on list moderation

I'm writing on behalf of the OSMF Board to solicit feedback on moderation of the talk and osmf-talk mailing lists since May 2022. 
In May 2022, the OSMF Board approved moderation on the osmf-talk and talk mailing lists. Please share viewpoints here, or if you prefer directly with board at osmfoundation.org. We will consult over the next two weeks until February 23, and then discuss at the next Board meeting on that date.
