Just a minor point for others: main LGBTQ OSMer found the gender question, and attitudes towards trans* people, pretty bad too. It wasn't just “old cranky cis het white men on the mailing list”!

We're all human and make mistakes. It can be hard when you spend a lot of time on something, and people point out a mistakes that you completely forgot about (which happens a lot with privileged people).  🙂
