[OSM-talk] FOSS4GE 2024 CfP deadline this Sunday

Dear OSM community,

this is a friendly reminder that the call for papers deadline for the 
FOSS4G Europe 2024 conference is approaching soon - this Sunday, 11 
February will be the last possibility to submit your proposal(s) to the 
general and academic programs. We would love to have you share your 
knowledge and expertise over a wide array of topics relating to Free and 
Open Source in geospatial with the rest of the community.

The call for papers and further links to pretalx can be found on the 
conference homepage https://2024.europe.foss4g.org/call-for-papers/.

The temperature in Tartu has dropped down to -10 deg C again, but it 
will be warmer in the beginning of July.
