[OSM-talk] Proposed bot edit: close notes with just "site" or "SITE" in the report

I am doing it semimanually so far (all closures are human reviewed)

For some reason it keeps being repeatedly done at relatively large scale.

I propose a bot edit that will automatically close all notes that had
"site", "SITE" or other capitalisation variant, also if there are
extra whitespace before/after (spaces, new lines etc).

but without a final paragraph.

(bot actions would still be occasionally spot-checked
but not all of them)

I want to switch to unreviewed bot edits as reviewing
all closures in this case is pointless and a waste of time.
