in remote locations it doesn’t seem very relevant to get cm precision from GNSS. You could just mark any spot on the ground and measure from this local 0,0 point, its exact position on the globe doesn’t matter (unless you are dealing with border distances
to neighbors and the like, which is not typical for remote locations)
