[Teachosm] Online course

Hi Brian,

I think it is on the list for the Training WG. We are in the process of 
testing Moodle as a Learning Management System

For example here is some very rough testing I have been doing:

I'd love to have some more help with the project, so far it is only me.

It would be really cool if someone from your group could stop into the 
HOT Training WG meetings once in a while so we could make sure we are 
not duplicating efforts.

(for example with tracing guides)

We usually meet on the 1st and 2nd Mondays of the month in HOT irc 
channel at 15:00 UTC.
