[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Providing OSX binaries/packages (#15)

Hi! Thank's @springmeyer. I tested your binary but the installation failed with the following error when I clicked on the package: 
(com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1).

Refs: Mac mini x64 / Mountain Lion
