[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Documentation enhancement (#58)

Hi together,
I'd like to suggest to put a hint to the scripts /usr/share/postgresql/9.1/contrib/postgis-1.5/postgis.sql and /usr/share/postgresql/9.1/contrib/postgis-1.5/spatial_ref_sys.sql on the man page of osm2pgsql. I'm sure that it saves a lot of time for some people (besides me ;)).
