[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Integration test SRIDs (#60)

PostGIS comes with an SQL file called spatial_ref_sys.sql which contains the projections supported by a fresh database; additional projections can then be added to the spatial_ref_sys table. While osm2pgsql will internally use proj, the error message you quoted above will only go away if spatial_ref_sys contains 900913 - whether or not proj supports it will not make a difference.
