[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Hang on unsimplified diffs (#112)

Yes, the threading branch can dead-lock if the same osm_id is in the diff-processing steam more than once. In that case it can happen that two different threads try to update the same osm_id which can lead to unresolvable lock-dependencies.
