[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] error on rendering using mapnik style (#36)

This sounds like you are not configuring your access to the postgresql db correctly and renderd can therefore not connect and retrieve the necessary data.

You should probably also not run renderd as root, as you generally can't log into postgres as root.
