[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Drop undesired tags in default.style (#46)

An increasing number of users are using hstore. Most of them won't want tags like the TIGER tags in their hstore tag columns. I suggest having the default.style not import those to the hstore by default. Note: errol's DB is one of the exceptions where we probably want every tag.

@Komzpa has a list of common tags that are unlikely to ever be used for rendering
