[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] Install info (#25)

I always need to adapt render_config.h to my needs - I think most people are not satisfied with the standard settings. If you develop for mod_tile the file is always dirty (ok, you could ignore changes via git). Therefore I think it's better to copy from a -dist file rather than changing the original version.

But if you prefer it that way, I'm happy too, you may ignore the pull request. Maybe just merge commit caa64ff?
