you shouldn't batch download them from OSM, and it won't work, you will get
blocked because z0-10 is too much data. Also you'll have to have an update
strategy, so this won't be a one time download probably. Either you create
them yourself or ask a professional service provider (geofabrik.de,
mapbox.com, etc.) for help. Tools able to do it are e.g. mapnik and/or with
tilemill frontend, etc. more info in the wiki.
This also allows for a personalized style.
