[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] delete_node failed: ERROR: prepared statement "delete_node" does not exist (#100)

So is there a way for using osm2pgsql with new data? All the data in the file is new for OSM so it should be given new IDs. If I give positive IDs there would be collitions with the existing data.
