[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] update the database using changesets removes tags in "hstore" columns of changed items (#93)

ok, but i tried with "-k" only: some of the tags are neither in a column (because there is no such column) nor in the hstore.
btw. i prepared sample data, but how can i attach it?
