[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] update the database using changesets removes tags in "hstore" columns of changed items (#93)

Which tags are those? Are they some of the tags that osm2pgsql deliberately deletes according to its style sheet ( https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/blob/master/default.style#L158)? This list has recently been significantly expanded.
