[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Wildcard deletes in .style files (#70)

https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/blob/master/output-pgsql.c#L160 implies that wildcards (`*` or `?`) can be used in delete style entries. However I can't actually find any code that handles wildcards in delete.

Do we accept wildcards in deletes? If not, should we? It would be nice to be able to drop source* rather than source, source:ja, source:en, source:name, ... etc
