[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Homewbrew: No available formula for protobuf-c when installing with protobuf-c (#77)

@zobier What error are you getting. If you can paste the error into a gist and link to it, then it would be extremely helpful in determining the problem, as the command works for me once removing the space after the equals as mentioned above. i.e.

    brew install osm2pgsql --with-protobuf-c=$HOMEBREW_PREFIX/opt/protobuf-c
