[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Extremely slow database update (#128)

Unfortunately it doesn't work even with prewarmed nodes cache:
```
time cat /data/nodes | wc -c
21810380816

real    0m8.638s
user    0m0.136s
sys     0m14.952s
```
Now nodes process speed is 0.4k/s.
