[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Don't force dropping of source and created_by tags (#130)

Currently the parsers drop the source and the created_by tags **very** early in the processing, regardless of style file.. This causes problems when someone actually wants that data, e.g. http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/89073/osm2pgsql-modifing-the-default-style-newly-added-columns-are-empty
