[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] segfault error 4 in osm.input (#71)

Well, yes and no.

What I wound up doing was rebuilding the entire server, but instead doing it from [packages](http://switch2osm.org/serving-tiles/building-a-tile-server-from-packages/)

I did this on an EC2 large instance if I remember correctly, and it took about three weeks or so for the planet import to complete.

It is possible this original segmentation fault came from having a much lower powered instance.

So, I don't know what was causing the original segmentation fault, but I did manage to get a tile server up and running.
