[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Missing roads when importing file (#138)

I'm trying to import this file:

However when I do some of the roads are missing when loading this up in QGIS (or Tilemill)

Even the lower road which is a single way in JOSM just gets cut off half way along. 

Any ideas of what the issue is? Any other info I can provide?
