[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Providing Windows binaries/packages (#17)

Another bug that wants to be solved. I hope the last one ;-)
When parameter "--flat-nodes" is used, the persistent cache node produces this error:

    Processing: Node(1286270k 1250.0k/s) Way(0k 0.00k/s) Relation(0 0.00/s)
    Failed to read from node cache: Result too large
