[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Crash when updating with more than one thread (#229)

@pnorman sorry no (accidently zapped the last one), however (iirc) there was no further related output, aka it happend in the "going over ways" section  which currently doesn't have any indication of activity at all.
