[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] o5m import throws an exception (#244)

Importing actually work, but I can't tell about results in the database right now. Source of the o5m file was a conversion from a Geofabrik pbf extract, converted to o5m using osmconvert.

The problem can be reproduced for
* osmconvert v0.7T (about 10 months old)
* osmconvert v0.8.2 (about 4 days old)
