I had several requests, by active developers on the mapnik and osm2pgsql teams, to add our results to the mailing list. You should really only see results of builds when the mingw64 branch or master has been updated, which has been about once a week or every few days. Are you receiving more emails? I'll gladly remove if enough find it unnecessary or the owner of the list requests. Otherwise, I recommend setting up an email filter. I apologize for the inconvenience.
