[Tile-serving] Osm2pgsql import / Cache Issues

Well, I forgot about the postgres & kernel memory setup :/
Did it, still weird: as soon as I manually set a -C 4096 (or any other -C value), it gives me the
Processing: Node(229580k 54.8k/s) Way(0k 0.00k/s) Relation(0 0.00/s)Error allocating nodes
Error occurred, cleaning up
error after 70 minutes..
Started the import now without a node cache (e.g. it will use the 800mb standard), which works at the moment, but it usually crashes after importing all nodes, ways & relations
