[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Geometric column for relations (#116)

@apmon thanks for your information. Lua scripts seems to be the way to go, although I'm not totally successful yet. I'll keep trying and will tell about success / failure.

I already have an interesting idea:
* additional tables - filter_tag_node/way/... could return a list of tables where the object should be added too (e.g. roads)
