[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] OSM2PGSQL Crashes on Windows Server 2008 (#117)

Hello,

osm2pgsql continues to consume memory on windows server 2008 R2 until it crashes.  I am running the program as follows:

osm2pgsql --slim --cache-stratey sparse -d db_name -l -a -S default.style -U user_name

Is this a known issue on windows?  I am trying to import a 2.6 GB (Asia) pbf to a PostGRES 9.2 database.
