[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] osm2pgsql not adding the ways to the database (#165)

Is not strange with the more ways then nodes, is an extract of all tag=leisure in europe , nodes and ways.

A lot of the leisure tag`s are parks and other things, that are ways.

with slim i got stuck to this https://github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql/issues/165#issuecomment-47974104

I just need a way to import all of the amenity,shop,tourism and leisure tag`s in Qgis so i can try to do a nice visualization of the data.

And the direct approach of using QGIS fails because of this bug https://hub.qgis.org/issues/10785
