[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Core dumped when importing norway (#124)

Hi, 

I am having a problem when importing norway-latest.osm.pbf from geofabrik.de. In the past I have succeeded importing netherlands and poland with the same installation.

osm2pgsql --slim -d norway --number-processes 1 ~/planet/norway-latest.osm.pbf 
osm2pgsql SVN version 0.85.0 (64bit id space)
...
