[Tile-serving] [mod_tile] segfault error 4 in osm.input (#71)

I built my tile-server according to [this guide](http://switch2osm.org/serving-tiles/manually-building-a-tile-server-12-04/) from switch2osm.org

I imported the entire planet, and can serve some tiles.

This one in particular though: http://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/3/2/3.png

Causes a segfault on my own server:
