[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] fails to detect latest protobuf-c (#129)

I can't push my updates... ```git push``` returns this message (after typing password obviously)

```error: The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden while accessing https://davideberra@github.com/openstreetmap/osm2pgsql.git/info/refs

fatal: HTTP request failed```

Do i need to be enabled to push mods?
