[Tile-serving] [osm2pgsql] Libtool error with autoreconf (#148)

I'm trying to install osm2pgsql from source. When I try running ./autogen.sh in osm2pgsql I'm getting a libtool error:

autoreconf: libtoolize is needed because this package uses Libtool

What's going on?
